Windows 7 Random Crash and black screen Restart?

Ok first system Details:

Had this laptop for about 4 months

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Asus UL80Jt

4gb ram

Cor i3

2 Video Cards, 1 Integrated, the other NVida GeForce 310M

Bios Date: 10/30/09 ver:8.00.10

Ok So basicaly randomly my notebook will freeze, It doesnt crash like with blue screen, but it freezes if there was sound playing, that freezes too. Usually this happens when Im using atleast half of my ram up. Anyways I have to manually shut it down, and almost always when I turn it back on after manually restarting it, It loads up. I put my password in, and then it just loads a black screen with a movable cursor. If I manually shut it down again, It loads up like normal. Any Ideas?

http://windows7.iyogi.net/tips/windows-7…|||As you said its been only 4 mnths you had that...If you had have that from a person then might be due to illegal windows if not then I guess you still have guarantee left ..so why don you consult the place where you bought that..|||First of all you are using genuine or pirated windows 7, If you are using pirated windows 7 the black screen shows that your windows will corrupt as soon as.|||There have to be two issues:

a. Virus Infection (Use Avast free)

b. Corrupt Registry/System errors (Use Reginout )

I am sure it will fix for you.
