Are there any new menu styles available for windows dvd maker.?

I am running windows 7 Ultimate with 4 Gig of ram an AMD dual core proc, 256 Meg video card, and on board sound. Is there a web site that offers these or do i need to make my own somehow. If i need to make my own, is there a program that will make compatible files for Windows DVD Maker easily. I am not proficient with programming in any way.
