Does anybody know of a low-cost PCI video card compatible with Windows 7?

Hello,

I was given by a friend a Dell PowerEdge SC 430 with WIndows 7.

It only has PCI port, not PIC-E



I was looking on ebay for some running $15-20, but most of them are not compatible with Win7.

Does anybody know of a low-cost PCI card compatible with Windows 7?
