Where do I find my Dell desktop drivers to support Windows 7?

I am using a Dell Vostro 220s desktop and I am running Windows Vista on it. I want to upgrade to Windows 7. Does it has inbuilt driver software? I checked with Dell for drivers to support Windows 7 and I see that they have drivers for BIOS, CD/DVD, Audio and Communications only. I couldn't find drivers for network card, video and chipset. What do I do? Should I be worried or will they be included in the Windows 7?|||All Vista driver works with Windows 7. If you cannot find a Windows 7 driver, use Vista driver.
