Should I use "Upgrade" or "Custom Install" for Windows 7?

I just got my free Windows 7 CD recently, and I want to use it. But when i put the CD in, I get the two option Upgrade or Custom Install. Honestly, I don't really need anything on my Vista 64x, cuz the computer is only 1 week old. I have nothing saved that I needed, and i can easily install my sound/video card drive with the CDs I have. But, should i keep the Window.old file? or should i just use "upgrade" since my comp is new? is "Upgrade" going to take more space on my hardrive?|||If you don't need to save anything from Vista, by all means, do a Custom Install.

"Upgrade" has a slightly higher chance of taking up more space or installing incorrectly.
