3GB, 1.6ghz 32 bit processor, Intel 945GM enough for basic games and Windows 7?

Hey there :). I have Amilo Pro v3505 with Intel Core Duo 1.6ghz (not 64 bit) model T2050. The Intel 945GM supports 667 FSB, but the processor only supports 553 FSB.. at least that is what I read. So my question is - I am thinking of upgrading my RAM to 3GB. Are these specifications enough for Vista/Windows 7 to run smoothly and for playing games like Half Life 2. Yes, I know that the Intel 950 video card is slow and uses internal RAM :).|||Windows Vista/7 will run smoothly even on 2 GB RAM. As for playing Half Life 2 u would definitely need a dedicated mobile video card or suffer the poor frame rates delivered by the on board.
