Is eVGA NVidia Geforce GTS250 1GB 01G-P3-1145-TR SSC compatible with pirated but registered windows 7?

I am going to buy eVGA NVidia Geforce GTS250 1GB 01G-P3-1145-TR SSC for pirated windows 7. But the windows is registered. Is it compatible? If not please tell me the best video card for windows xp of atleast 1GB or 512 MB memory in between Rs.7000 - Rs.8500.|||I don't know what installing the video card has to do with registering your copy of Windows, regardless of whether it is XP or Win7...|||Yes it is compatible but MicroSoft may require to re-activate Windows after installing it & then you may have problems.
