Nvidia GTX460 Graphics Card Question... In Windows 7 does anyone get a error saying kernel stopped responding?

every once in a while I get an error saying the display driver kernel has stopped responding and has been recovered. The screen goes black for a few seconds then pops back up 2 normal... this is really annoying especialy when playing games.

My PSU is Brand New 650watt power output which is enough 4 my video card.

Im running Windows 7 32bit(Vista did it 2 though)

Brand new monitor

Brand new hard drive

Did a clean install of everything including drivers

Why does this error come up and does anyone know how 2 fix it? any help would be appreciated. thanks|||Well it says kernal making me think it's a Linux problem..... but obviously you have Windows so i'd check for new drivers online. The ones on the CD are usually outdated if that's what you used. Don't get fooled by the fake driver finder ads go right to the Nvidia site, don't Google.
