What is the issue here? Windows 7 ( After installing can't open games)?

Hello.

I installed Windows 7 (x32) .

then I started getting errors. like randomly; for example:

--> On World of Warcraft, it gives me the error "World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3d acceleration. please make sure directx 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up to date."

--> On Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne: It starts up and shows that picture of abbadon (this guy http://www.dvdfever.co.uk/smallpic/inbr07bd_s.jpg) and it just freezes there. I left it for like 30 minutes and it just stood there.

-Note the following:

*These games worked properly before the installation of the new windows software.

*I have DirectX 11.

*My video card is ATI Radeon 9200.

*I tried 'Clean-Booting'.

*Tried starting in window mode for WoW.(recommended from help techs)

*Tried starting with no sounds for WoW.(recommended from help techs...)

*My drivers are up-to-date according to Windows Update Center.

Any tips are welcome, please help I've spent like 15:35 hrs trying to fix this, but whose counting

-> Issues not fixed: 3d acceleration (Actually DirectX Features in the "DxDiag" are all "Not Available") but I thought of this issue as inconvenient since the errors are random, and War III won't start even tho it's not related to 3D Acceleration (my guess) *

*note: this is not the question. the question is about how to fix the whole issue (read the full topic) not the 3D acceleration problem. if you believe fixing the 3D acceleration problem will fix the whole situation then please explain.

Thank you all,

Regards,

Moathe.|||Sometimes after installing Windows 7, you really need to go through and update all of your drivers. There is some software that goes through your whole system, finds any outdated drivers, pulls the newest drivers from the manufacturers website and installs them for you. All this with only one click.|||Use Windows Update to make sure your computer has all the right drivers it needs to work well :)

You may have to download the graphic drivers manually from the manufacturers site. Windows Update sometimes won't recognize all of your hardware
