I have a Gateway 510s with Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. I just loaded Windows 7 on it, and the Aero themes/effects, Direct3D graphics aren't compatible... Is there anyway to get them to display without buying a new video card? I've searched for about 2 hours now and got nothing.|||that basically means that your current video CANNOT do directx 3D rendering.
You cannot force your built-in video to go beyond it's abilities. You have to get a separate card.
